Wow.. the Balaclava that is always so packed on weekdays, was remotely quiet yesterday!Business as usual no doubt, but they are also pretty affected by IMF. same goes for all the outlets at Suntec City..good time to go shopping there! but if everyone has this same mentality, then probably it will bring back some business too..haha..

Anyway, I was there to celebrate my Boss a.k.a my buddy's burfday..I got there late.. but didnt miss out the good fun though! He had cake smashed in his face, not once but twice! it was all over his face, hair and shirt mann.. Alexis and Ivan even licked some off his face loh.. hahaha..but we felt bad for the staff as they had to cleaned up after us..well, it was a pretty happening night la! Glad that Boss liked the gift from us - a beer glass, along with some naughty toys that Alexis bought. hahaha..Happy Birthday Boss! =)

Talking about IMF, seems like almost the whole of SIngapore is mobilised for them hey.. many retailers sponsor products from Osim, Eu Yan Seng and many more as welcome gifts for the delegates..policemen stationed all over the crucial areas.. For us, as one of the venues for the IMF social events.. have been much occupied in organising this event together with the events company..with policemen, firemen, medical teams, etc, coming up to Mt Faber every other day to inspect, check on areas, evacuation routes..what a whole lot of stuff to do! many resources used during the past months.. but I guess this will boosts Singapore's profile la..

Ours will be a Welcome Tea for IMF Spouses.. so I've got to be on duty tomorrow.. I will keep a lookout for hot-looking spouses though.. hahaha..
