Why am I back to the real world so soon.. still pretty much want to relax and just chill.. if only this fast pace ever-busy city allows it.. but alright la, after taking leave and having enjoyed myself in sunny brissy.. i have no complaints. the whole trip was pretty relaxing i would say, cos i had no itinery planned out..just took my time and went round to the places which i had been before, except that i had to shop for people..haha..when i had to help my housemates shop for Supre clothes. that was one of the fastest shopping experience i ever had! wilson passed the salesgirl the whole stack of apparel designs and she helped to source out most of the apparels for us..which took like abt 10 mins?!hahah..after which, was MY turn to shop.. but nothing caught my eye at Supre except for the belts..so yea.. got only a belt..hehe.. well, what i miss not buying was a pair of coloured metallic earrings in the shape of a leaf, which i spotted at the South Bank market day..pretty pair of earrings but there wasnt any green ones..=( so ended up not getting any.. haha..

besides shopping and eating, shopping and eating again.. (hmm.. sounds like Hong Kong huh..heh), i went back to visit my church too. it was kinda nice and warm to meet Pete and all again..boy was he surprised to see me there! hahah..anyway, somehow i feel that..God had a reason for me to attend the service that Sunday. the sermon talked about setting boundaries and knowing our limits.. i think it relates very well to me in aspects of work. before i went on holiday, i have been working OT almost everyday.. and sometimes even bringing work home to do. it's like i didnt know how to plan my time properly and just want to finish the work asap. but No. that should not be the way. well, work is never ending.. if we can finish all the work in a day, then does it mean we dont have to go to work the next day? we should really learn to when to stop, rest and relax. many a times, we just work and work , and end up tiring ourselves out..in the long run, we will just burnout. as such, how fulfiling can one's life be apart from work? after my break, i realised yea.. i shouldnt just work and neglect my health & social life..

knowing when to stop n relax is important. besides hanging out with friends, spending quality time with family is also priority. earlier this week, i reached home like 7pm after work. the earliest i ever got home! haha.. my parents were real happy to see me home so early. and she whipped up all my fav dishes too..=D it felt really good to have dinner together.. hehe..sometimes just listening to music and lying on the bed with a good book to read can be such a pleasure..=)

back to my holiday in aussie.. the highlight was of course.. joan's and mich's graduation! i think their convocation was simply short and sweet.. not so draggy like mine.. haha..they even had a choir performance..how nice! their graduation ended on a nice note with a sumptuous dinner at the Enjoy Inn..check out the picts below!

on the whole, this trip really made me unwind.. and i should just forget about work when i'm on holiday! hahaha..moreover, i needed private time with my boi too.. of course.. we did spend quality time together..right dear? heheh.. thanks for ur door gift and for driving me around the whole time..hahah..i miss the *stooms stooms* in ur honda baobei! (im sure mich n joan misses it too..) =D
