sighs.. what a way to end 2004..one moment, everyone is happily celebrating Christmas.. and the next moment, we hear of thousands of people who died in the earthquake and tsunamis..
why is the world plagued with all these calamities..it's so cruel.. so saddening..yet people who are living in places free from all these disasters, are complaining that life is unfair to them..juz because of some trivial matters..Be contented with what we have ---- that is what is important.
yes. life is so unpredictable. people always say.."we dont know what's gona happen tomorrow, the day after tomorrow..we dont know what lies ahead of us.." etc etc. this is so true..thus all the more.. we should cherish and love one another..treasure those around u..those who are involved in your life..dont quarrel over lil things.. dont say spiteful things that will hurt another..dont dwell in the past.. move on.
we, usually dont realise certain things until something happens..i never realised that home felt so good..until the time before i left for aussie..now that im back in spore, i tend to want to be home more often..spend some quality time with my family..of coz sometimes i still do go out or partying with frenz.. but home is still my choice. heheh..
well, bro will be moving into sports school hostel this sun..pretty fast man.. will miss him even tho he's home during wkends.. worried for him too coz he can be blur at times.. hope he can take care of himself in there..has to learn anyways..haha..haiz..after my bro goes into sports sch and me leaving after CNY... only my sis's left at home with my parents..man.. she's gona get all the naggings from them.. and hafta help out more in the housework.. good training for her tho.. hahha.. and my parents will have more time for themselves too.. heard they gona take up taichi classes.. not bad la.. keep themselves occupied also, take their minds off worrying for us.. hehe..
so much for now.. lets all pray for the grieving families.. pray for those who died in the disaster..that their souls may rest in peace..hope those food and necessities supplies will help relieve those in need..
hope 2005 will be a better year ahead..
